Completed in the Spring of 1995, this facility serves as research and development center for LAM Research, a leading manufacturer of photoetching equipment used in manufacture of silicone wafers.

The project features a combination of a light-weight Horizontal Insulated

Metal Wall Panel - together with Architectural Aluminum Plate panels surrounding the circular stairtower.

Foreground features a deep ribbed profiled metal panel which compliments the design and serves as a screenwall for piping and equipment.
