Project Profiles

Chugach Electric Corporate Headquarters
Anchorage, Alaska

Completed in the 1992, the Chugach Electric Corporate Headquarters stands as an excellent example of the possibilities arising with a restoration project.

Noted for its striking blend of aluminum, metal and glass curtainwall, this project was recognized by Metal Architecture Magazine for a design awards in the category of building restoration.

This project represents the striking visual effects possible when the flat Foamwall insulated metal wall panel. The symmetry of design results directly from EMCO’s close cooperation with the designer, in identifying the exact module of the various panels, together with the manufacturing flexibility of Smith/Centria.
