Previous experience in construction / project management is required. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in specialty subcontracting operations. College degree required - BA/BS in Construction Management or Engineering preferred. Superior written & verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Word/WordPerfect and Excel/Lotus is required. Candidates must be well organized, able to perform on multiple projects, and proficient at resource scheduling. Full-time position with compensation based upon qualifications and experience.
