Engineering Sciences Building - Unit No. 2
Davis, California

Recipient of the prestigious "Building of the Year Award" from the Associated Building Contractors in 1993, the Engineering Sciences Building No. 2 serves as an outstanding example of the results possible with an integrated materials design.


The primary wall construction features an EIFS in complimentary colors, contrasting with rough texture of the EIFS system the primary entrance features a radius section of flat, smooth composite aluminum fascia panels above dual colored window lites.

The EMCO Designwall panel system features a dry-set and fully gasketed perimeter extrusion system. Designwall panel systems are available in either 4mm or 6mm thickness, utilizing Reynobond, Alucobond, or Alpolic thin wall composites, and have designs suited either to dry-set or wet-seal joint systems.
